Who handles your information
India Play Football is operated by Liongaze Media Services LLP. For privacy enquiries, write to hello@indiaplayfootball.com.
What you submit
Our forms collect your name, email, mobile number, city, role and the football or organisation details you choose to provide. Player Network submissions collect age; Season 1 applications collect date of birth to check the published eligibility window. Player submissions may also include playing position. Please do not submit identity documents or sensitive medical information.
How it is used
We store submissions to review enquiries, maintain player registration references and contact you about relevant next steps. Registration does not mean verification or selection. Submission records are accessible to the site operator and authorised personnel through a protected lead dashboard, and are not published in a public directory.
Parents and guardians
Players under 18 should have a parent or authorised guardian submit an enquiry through the Parent / Guardian route. Adult consent is required on all forms.
Storage and security
Submission information is stored using the hosting service’s database. A short-lived security cookie helps protect forms. Technical abuse-prevention records may use a hashed network address; these are used to limit repeated submissions. Do not enter confidential information in Ask IPF.
Your choices
To request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, email hello@indiaplayfootball.com and include your submission reference where possible. IPF will review your request, including any applicable record-keeping requirements.
External services
External news links, photographs, Instagram and WhatsApp are provided by third parties with their own privacy practices. Opening them may share technical information with the destination service. This website does not process payments.
