IPF is designed around purpose-limited data collection, guardian responsibility for minors and self-consent for adults.
Information we collect
Website enquiry forms may collect adult contact information, organisation details and limited participant information needed to understand competition, programme, opportunity or partnership interest.
Minors
For players under 18, player enquiries must be submitted by a parent or guardian. IPF does not sell children's personal information or provide unrestricted child contact lists to sponsors.
Adults
Players aged 18 or above and other adult football-community participants may submit their own contact details and consent to relevant communication.
Why we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, understand demand, plan registration and programmes, maintain consent records and produce aggregated operational reporting where appropriate.
What not to submit
Do not submit Aadhaar numbers, passwords, financial-account information, unnecessary medical records or other sensitive data through general website enquiry forms.

Before paid registration
The privacy notice will be expanded to reflect the final registration system, payment providers, data processors, retention rules and applicable Indian privacy obligations before paid registration opens.
