For a player under 18, a parent or guardian submits the interest. Players aged 18 or above can submit their own interest.

Submitting interest does not guarantee a team slot. Placement depends on eligibility, category capacity, final regulations and sufficient demand.
The U6–U20 age range applies to the current Founding Competition. Players aged 21+ should use the Football Opportunities page instead.
